The Service is provided by Express Cleaning LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, trading as "CleanOps" ("CleanOps", "we", "us"). When you create an account or use the Service, you are entering into an agreement with Express Cleaning LLC.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. If you use CleanOps on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.
2. What CleanOps provides
CleanOps is a software service for cleaning businesses. It helps you price jobs, create bids and proposals, send invoices, track inventory, run inspections, schedule work, manage crews and their optional GPS location sharing, and view business analytics. Pricing figures, AI photo and video estimates, and forecasts are suggestions only — you are responsible for the prices you quote and the commitments you make to your customers.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent any technical limits or usage restrictions.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service:
- for any unlawful purpose, or to breach any regulation that applies to you;
- to commit fraud, send spam, or send unsolicited or misleading bids, proposals, or invoices;
- to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, bypassing authentication, or scraping data;
- to track a worker's location without that person's informed consent, or in breach of local employment and privacy law.
6. Your content, photos, and AI features
You keep ownership of the content you upload — client details, job photos and videos, inspection records, and documents. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely so we can provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload, including consent from anyone shown in a photo or video and from property owners.
Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest a price, scope, or description from the photos, videos, and details you supply. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional advice. Review every suggestion before you send it to a customer. We may refuse, filter, restrict, or remove content and output, and we may suspend accounts that misuse AI features or repeatedly infringe the rights of others. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us and we will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate.
7. Intellectual property
CleanOps retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Service, including its software, design, documentation, templates, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
8. Service level
We work to keep CleanOps available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Payment and subscription terms
CleanOps is sold as a subscription. Free trials, plan fees, billing frequency, renewals, taxes, currency, cancellations, and refunds are handled by our payment provider. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms, which apply to your purchase. Our own Refund Policy also applies. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically for successive periods at the then-current price.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or seriously or repeatedly violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. When access ends you will have a reasonable period to export your data, after which we may delete or anonymise it.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify CleanOps against claims arising from your content, your unlawful or infringing use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
13. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, where Express Cleaning LLC is registered, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Arizona. If we change these terms we will update this page and the date above; continued use means you accept the change.
