CleanOps is a subscription service. Every payment comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked — and beyond that, if a fault on our side stops you from using what you paid for, we make it right.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with CleanOps for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of any payment — your first charge or any renewal. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to prove a fault. The 30-day window runs from the date of the charge.
The 7-day free trial also lets you try CleanOps before any money changes hands — cancel at any point in the trial and you are never charged.
Refunds when our system fails you
Outside the 30-day window, we will refund a subscription payment when all of the following are true:
- CleanOps failed to work as described — for example an outage, a bug that blocked a paid feature such as bidding, invoicing, the crew map or the payment page, or data you entered was lost or corrupted by our system;
- the failure meant you lost out — you could not run a job, send a bid or invoice, reach your records, or you paid for a period in which you could not use the service; and
- the fault was ours, not caused by something outside our control — not your internet, your device, your bank or card issuer, or a third-party service we rely on going down.
Where the fault affects part of your period, the refund covers the time you were actually unable to use the service, up to and including a full refund of that period when the problem ran through most of it. Where the fault cost you a specific job or client, tell us and we will look at the loss it caused you.
When we do not refund
Outside the 30-day money-back guarantee, subscription payments are not refunded for:
- changing your mind, deciding the software is not for you, or preferring a different tool;
- forgetting to cancel before a renewal date — cancel any time from the Membership page instead;
- unused time, unused features, or a busy month where you simply did not need CleanOps;
- a job you lost, a client you did not win, or revenue you expected from using the software;
- problems caused by your own device, browser, network, or account access you did not pass on to us.
How to request a refund
Email support@procleanops.app from the address on your account within 30 days of the charge (or, for a system failure, as soon as you can after it happens), and include:
- what you would like refunded and the date of the charge;
- for a system failure: what stopped working and when, what you were trying to do, and what you lost out on;
- a screenshot, screen recording, or error message if you have one.
We aim to reply within one business day. If a fault is reported and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will offer a refund or a credit for the affected period without you having to chase us. If we need to reproduce the problem, we may ask for temporary access to your account so we can see it ourselves.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually shows the money within 5–10 business days. You will receive confirmation by email once the refund has been issued. Where it is more useful to you, we can instead credit the amount against a future month — just say which you prefer.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Membership page in the app. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged. Cancelling does not remove your right to a refund within the 30-day window.
